Roy is a Louisiana native and has resolved contentious insurance claims across the US. His analytical abilities are sought to solve esoteric problems in various industries such as aviation, construction, spine surgery, oil exploration, firearms, and even diapers. He holds five awarded patents and several pending provisional patents and has spoken by invitation at the prestigious Northwestern Polytechnical University's (Xi'an China) College of Power and Energy.
